Private Candidates' Exams Centre

For the past 5 years we have hosted local home pupils for their GCSEs and iGCSEs at the school, free of charge.

To enable local home schooled pupils without an exam centre to take their public exams in an approved centre.

We were approached some years ago by Private Candidates, and since then have opened our doors to any applicants who contact us.

The applicants are accomodated whatever their needs (e.g. for speaking exams).

This enables them to take their exams in a calm, supportive and 'user-friendly' (we are very accessible) environment.
