Fred Sedgwick - Keen Writers day with The Vale and Linden Academies

A group of keen writers from the Vale Academy joined Year 6 pupils from Aldwickbury school to spend the day with author and Poet, Fred Sedgwick. They worked on a variety of creative writing pieces with a particular focus on Poetry.

Aims

To develop writing skills of enthusiastic Year 5 & 6 writers.

Background

Part of a broader partnership between Aldwickbury School and The Shared Learning Trust.

Resources

Fred Sedgwick led the workshop. He is a published poet and author.
