Year 1 team building games

A group of Year 8 boys from Adlwickbury School led a Team building and games session for the pupils of the Vale, Linden and Rushmere schools.  The boys organised a series of fun games for the children to play to boost their confidence and sporting skills. It gave Aldwickbury's Year 8 pupils chance to build their leadership and teaching skills.

 

Background

Aldwickbury School and The Shared Learning Trust have been in partnership since 2017. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2019.

Resources

The workshops were held at the primary school's own sports fields. Members of Aldwickbury's games staff travelled with the pupils and provided sports equipment.
