Forest School

Pupils from Powell's School and Charlton Kings joined us in a fun afternoon in our Forest School.

Aims

The aim was to introduce pupils from the two schools to our Forest School.

Background

The partnership with both schools was formed from a direct contact between our Head of Juniors and the partner school.

Resources

We supplied all the resources required, including transport to bring the children to Rendcomb, catering support, qualified Forest School staff to run the event, goody bags for each child to take home. The day was a success and all the children thoroughly enjoyed their day.

Impact

All the children thoroughly enjoyed their day.

Pupil Involvement

The event was for year 5 pupils and included pupils from Rendcomb as well as two other schools.

Frequency

This was a one-off event but we would like to run more in future.
