Impact Statement

We host a significant number of Excellence Visits over the course of the academic year (approximately 5 per term). These enable staff at other schools within the group to see day to day life at GHS both inside and outside the classroom, to understand our processes for data analysis and how this impacts teaching, and the importance we place upon a full and varied extra-curricular programme. In addition, members of senior leadership along with subject specialists make regular visits to schools within the United Learning group to aid interventions, this has been particularly the case in key subjects with staff shortages.
