St Hilary's hosts musical event, Bugs
St Hilary's was delighted to welcome visitors from Puttenham CofE School, Bramley Infant School, Moss Lane School, Witley Infant School and Milford School for a musical event entitled Bugs.
Aims
The event, hosted across two days, saw over 100 children from St Hilary’s and nearby schools sing songs, perform poems and exhibit artwork on the theme of Bugs and then perform to their families at the end of the day.
Background
This is the third event of its kind that St Hilary's has hosted and we are pleased that more schools are able to join us each year. Our Director of Music visits the schools in the run up to the event, in order to rehearse with the children, so they can familiarise themselves with the songs. On the day itself, the children spend the day at St Hilary's practising for their performance to parents and carers.
