Provision of resources to local schools

Moulsford Preparatory School regularly provides local schools with various resources. These include a minibus and driver, school equipment and access to school resources to carry out projects.

Transports is a key issue for many primary schools because they cost of hiring a coach can make the trips unaffordable. Moulsford Preparatory School provided Checkendon Primary School and St John's Primary with a minibus and a driver to take them on school trips. One to take KS2 pupils to Didcot Railway Centre for an evacuee experience day, another to take pupils to Oxford Ashmolean Museum and a third to transport a choir to the Festival of Voices at Dorchester Abbey.

Moulsford Preparatory School provides local school with equipment, such as lighting, CD mixers and interactive whiteboards.

The Treehouse have been visiting Moulsford every Wednesday and working with the DT department to design and build items for their production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

During the Summer term, swimming instructors at Moulsford gave lessons to non-swimmers and improvers in Years 5 & 6 from St John's Primary School.
