Play in a Day

Learn a whole play in just one day!  And then perform it to your family and friends.

Year 5 or Year 6 children take part in workshops where they have the chance to sing, dance and help write their own script, ready for a fully costumed, lit and staged musical production to family and friends in the afternoon. 

Lunch and snacks are provided throughout the day. Taunton School also offer complimentary transportation for pupils and teachers from participating schools to Taunton School on the morning of the event. Parents are invited to the  performance in the afternoon.

Frequency

We run this programme weekly throughout the Autumn Term. A different primary school attends each week.
