Science Outreach Morning - 1 Feb 18
Five primary schools with 60 primary school children attending. Staff time includes the Head of Science for 8 hours, 2 x other staff assisting for 3 hours each, 4 x other staff to drive our school minibuses to collect and return the pupils to their schools to ensure that it is possible for them to attend.
Annual Maths Challenge Morning.
Six primary schools with 24 primary school children attending. Staff time includes the Head of Maths for 10 hours for preparation and on the day, 4 other teachers assisting on the day at 3 hours each, 2 x other staff to drive our school minibuses to collect and return the pupils to their schools to ensure that it is possible for them to attend. Also £40 on prizes
In September 2018 commenced school partnership with local primary school benefiting their teachers and pupils. Includes pupil IT safety talks, music workshops and attending drama performances as well as teacher training sessions. Staff time includes Head of Outreach for 30 hours. 2 x other staff to drive our school minibuses to collect and return the pupils to their schools to ensure that it is possible for them to attend.
