Sixth form pupils from Sutton High School visit the junior school pupils on a weekly basis to assist in the library and support reading
The aim is to help improve the children's literacy skills, and encourage them to read more for pleasure.
This project was established by the Head of Year 12 & 13 at Sutton High School and has been running for 2 years.
The availability of Sixth Formers is key to the success of the project.
The six pupils from Sutton High School for girls are aged 16 - 18.
All pupils from Robin Hood Primary school have an opportunity to use the library.
This is a weekly event running throughout the year.
