Primary School Day

Pupils spend the morning in two academic disciplines.  During the last day they took part in a drama activity and then German where they role played in a cafe in German.  During the afternoon they took part in an obstacle course.

Aims

To stimulate pupils' interest in the subjects covered.  

Background

The project was set up by our Primary Schools' co-ordinator.  St John's and Reading Blue Coat School have a long history of partnership.

Resources

The drama studio is used for the drama session and was taken by the Drama department staff.  The German cafe was run by the Languages department.
