The Beacon raises thousands for the NSPCC

Our pupils raised over £7,000 for the NSPCC by taking part in sponsored runs and a sponsored dance-a-thon during the Autumn Term. What a fantastic effort. 

Supporting our local charity radio station

Our Year 6 and 7 pupils were honoured to participate in our community charity radio station broadcasts before Christmas to help raise funds for StreetKidsDirect, a local charity that supports street children in Guatemala and Honduras. Collections from our school's Carol Concerts raised £1,344 for StreetKidsDirect. 

Supporting PACE Users

Our Year 8 pupils chose to organise and run a disco to support the cerebral palsy care work for school-age children that PACE undertakes.  A total of £1,200 was raised.

Burns Night Fundraiser

A Burns Night Ceilidh at The Beacon raised £3,700 in support of The Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charity, a cause very close to our hearts.
