Impact Statement

Two senior members of staff are governors in a maintained secondary and maintained primary schools. They serve on the governor committees observing and challenging the leadership teams and bringing their knowledge and expertise to the benefit of these local schools. We also support the maintained schools with Oxbridge applications, interview preparation and feedback, and also sharing good practice with members of staff between our schools (TeachMeet).
There is also the exchange of information and support over teacher shortage and staffing.

A senior member of staff is also a trustee of a UTC assisting with the governance through advice and challenge. He also sits on pupil exclusion panels and arranging the sharing of facilities and teaching between our pupils.
