Impact Statement
Heads of Departments have been encouraged to liaise with Heads of Departments at other schools to share ideas and skills. Moderation meetings have been attended to ensure there is parity between schools in the local area. We host sports matches for local state schools.
Charlotte House School is a registered charity. The school relies on the fees from parents to meet the whole of its operating costs as it does not have the benefit of an endowment fund or any other form of income.
The School offers a limited number of means-tested bursaries awarded according to need, up to a maximum of 75% for girls entering the school at age 7+. It is not likely that a bursary would be awarded to a family where relevant annual income exceeds £45,000. In the case of a divorce or separation, both parents will be required to complete financial statements. Bursaries are financed by the school.
Parents who are interested in applying for bursaries need to request a Bursary Application Form.
Once a bursary award has been made, it will be subject to an annual review.
