Impact Statement
Approximately one hundred and sixty children, across five local state schools, have enjoyed the benefit of our 25 meter indoor swimming pool during the past year. This is on a weekly basis, for swimming courses running between eight and thirty-five weeks of the year. We run sporting events such as Inter-School’s Cross Country and Pop Lacrosse Days which have allowed over three hundred students from local state schools to utilise the space of our extensive parkland grounds. We have also offered inspirational Maths and Science challenge events that have impacted nearly fifty children across six primary schools.The above has had a direct positive impact upon state schools in our local area, allowing them to utilise our grounds and facilities and access teaching resources, either at no cost or at a significantly reduced rate. Our Headmistress and one of the members of our senior leadership team are governors of our closest local state primary, offering their time and knowledge to positively impact the running of the school.
