Training and Moderation Meetings

Palmers Green High School hosts Training and Moderation meetings for local maintained and independent schools.

Aims

To ensure that PGHS and local school staff have the opportunity to learn and work together so that ideas and best practice can be shared.

Background

PGHS EYFS staff are very keen to ensure that they are making fair judgements for their pupils and really benefit from discussions held with staff in other schools.

PGHS is large enough to offer the space for the meetings and joint training to take place.

Time and venue for the meetings to take place.

Impact

All staff feel more confident about their moderation decisions and staff enjoy having the opportunity to learn together.
