Staff Contributions to Local Schools

Members of the St Benedict’s teaching staff serve as Governors at Cardinal Wiseman in Greenford, St Joseph’s Primary School in Hanwell and St Mary’s Primary School in Hammersmith.

Staff from St Benedict’s supported the Art Department at Sacred Heart School, Hammersmith by delivering a two day INSET course to support the new department. This was followed up by a meeting with the Head of Department to assist with the assessment of the new GCSE specification.

Staff have also provided INSET on teaching art to the staff of St Joseph’s Primary School, Hanwell.

One teacher teaches Latin to Year 5 and 6 pupils once a week at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in West Acton.
