Science Leaders Innovation Cluster

Science sessions hosted by Bury Grammar School Girls and The Derby High School to support Primary Science teaching.

Aims

The partnership is between Bury Grammar School Girls, The Derby High School and Greenmount, Cams Lane, Holy Trinity, St Lukes, Lowercroft Primary Schools with the aim of supporting Primary Science teaching.

Background

This project was initiated by Lynne Bianchi at The University of Manchester.

Resources

The schools share expertise through hands on sessions hosted by Bury Grammar School Girls and The Derby High School.

Impact

The project is monitored by Leigh Hoath at Manchester University.

Frequency

The project was started in Sept 2016 and will continue until July 2018.
