A member of the SMT has advised this state school on how to increase the provision and impact for their additional 1:1 support.
It was identified in the state school's Ofsted report as an area in need of improvement.
The project has lasted for the last academic year.
State school staff and pupils are essential to the project.
The anticipated outcomes of the project is more consistency in the school's 1:1 support and increased learning outcomes for the pupils involved.
Four Key Stage 1 and one EYFS pupil from the State school are currently involved, but this will probably be extended next year.
It is an ongoing event, which hopefully the school will continue in the future.
