Governance

Our Bursar sits on the Board of this Multi Academy Trust. He is a member of the Resources Committee (Finance and Estates) as well as providing Responsible Officer auditing on a peer review basis.

Aims

To provide experience gained from working within an Independent School with a similar legal structure. The move to academy status clearly identified a need for suitably qualified people to step up as Governors.

Background

He has been a Governor at the school since 2010, firstly applying as a voted Parent Governor and since January 2018 as a Foundation Governor.

Resources

The resource provided is time for the Bursar to attend meetings and events at the school.
