Impact Statement

Members of the Years 2 & 6 teaching team work with local state school teachers to moderate current pupils’ work for SATs assessment and develop and improve processes for future moderation sessions.
As part of our school sports programme we have organised and hosted 8 football tournaments for boys and girls, 4 hockey tournaments, 4 tag rugby tournaments, 2 multisports tournaments, 4 cricket tournaments and 4 rounders tournaments throughout the year. Without our school arranging these events many of the local state schools would not be able to compete against other school.
In recent times our school has hosted safeguarding events and First Aid courses with lead trainers which staff from local maintained sector schools have attended, reducing their costs in a time of tight budgets.
