Impact Statement

Methodist Partnership with St Peters and Boughton and Dunkirk Twice termly meetings for Heads Regular academic, musical and sporting events for children from these schools. The shared discussions meetings have been heavily influential in giving the Heads and teachers an insight into the way that the teaching takes place at Kent College JS. The combined choral opportunities has seen the confidence of the teachers delivering music in the maintained schools increase and the standard of singing in their schools has improved as the children receive a higher standard of teaching and greater opportunity

Regular chances for staff to work together and develop skills through cooperation Kent College Junior School Running Initiative Ten Saturday meetings a year organised at KCJS for children from Blean, Barham, Adisham, Ethelbert Road, Wingham, Chilham, Chartham, Boughton, St Peter's schools. The health and fitness programmes in the schools benefit from the regular sporting opportunities at Kent College, this increases their ability to concentrate and leads to all round improvement.

Kent College Summer Swimming Pool Initiative -Children from year six at Chilham, Challock and Boughton Primary School hold their Summer leavers party in our pool

St Peters School hold their Summer End of Year Activity Day at KCJS, where the whole school spends the day with us using a range of facilities.
