Impact Statement

We seconded an excellent EYFS practitioner to a local state school to share good practice and work across EYFS and KS1. She spent two weeks full time there and was able to share examples of our excellent practice as well as bringing back many new ideas and excellent practice with her.

We try hard to plan multiple fixtures against local state schools as well as independent schools and, as we have nearly completed an on site development, look forward to hosting many more fixtures in the future.

We are working with a local state school to improve EWMH opportunities for all children and have invited staff to our CPD training in order for them to feedback to staff at their schools, free of charge.

A member of staff acts as a Governor at a state school and is given time when necessary to fulfil these duties.
