Impact Statement

We attend our local state swimming baths each week for swimming lessons from Reception to Year 2. In the past we have also run life saving for our Year 6 children. For the first time this year we are also attending a Swimming Gala at Shipley Swimming Baths.

We attend our local church (Bingley Parish Church) with other local state schools for the annual Christmas festivities as well as hosting our own Junior Carol Service for all our families to attend at the church.

We attend our local church with other local primary schools for Rewind to Easter and Christmas for our Year 4 children as well as the Fast Forward event, looking at moving on to senior school, for our Year 6 children.

We joined with over 5000 children the annual Young Voices concert in Sheffield for the first time this year.

We attend and invite local state schools for Table Tennis matches, cross country events, rugby, football and netball events and matches. We also have a very successful dance group in school who attend various events locally organised by Bradford Council.


We pariticape as a whole school in the Forest School initiative and attend our local park, Prince Of Wales Park, each week.
