Impact Statement

Saint Felix School encourages the use of its facilities by groups other than its own children so long as there is educational value for the children concerned.

Examples of the way in which the school supports the local state school pupils are as follows:

Our performance facilities and resources are utilised by local primary schools benefiting the education and social well-being of children.

We provide swimming lessons during the summer term to 3 state primary schools, this equates to approximately 50-60 hours of teaching for 60 local children.

We are an exam centre for external candidates and during 2018, 31 external students were enabled to take their exams here.

During the summer school holidays the school ran a summer camp for local children to attend, providing day care during the day, with a range of sporting and arts activities.

Project International used the whole school facilities to offer a number of summer school/day camps.
