Impact Statement

We have hosted two 'Able, Gifted and Talented' mornings for pupils from 4 state schools. These have focused on maths and science and were run by our specialist teaching staff. They were free of charge and used our specialist science facilities. Our impact assessment showed that the primary aged children worked well collaboratively, engaged with the teacher and learnt new skills.

We have seconded two members of specialist PE Staff to 4 state schools to teach weekly PE sessions. These staff worked with the non-specialist staff to help with their future planning, feedback and skill acquisition. Each school then attended a PE festival hosted by us to demonstrate the skills learnt. The children clearly benefited hugely from the specialist teaching by our qualified staff that are not available in their schools.
