Impact Statement
We provided students from Y2, Y5, Y6, and two members of staff, to support SMSC teaching for pupils in more than four local primary schools, impacting 100+ pupils. We are grateful to ‘Faith in Schools’ who have helped co-ordinate and facilitate these opportunities, giving us a chance to show in practice the British values of tolerance, mutual respect and individual liberty. Teachers and pupils from state schools have been impacted by experiences shared. We also provide work experience placements for Year 10 students from local secondary schools and work experience places for local sixth form and further education colleges. We have opened up our extra-curricular clubs and activities to further share expertise and specialist knowledge with students from state, and other schools.
