Impact Statement

We make our indoor swimming pool available, free of charge, to all local Primary schools expressing an interest in taking advantage of this facility. 200+ local children benefit from this, having the opportunity to learn a useful life skill as a consequence.

Our sports facilities are made available at a nominal fee to local sports clubs that cater for children attending State schools, enabling coaching and practice sessions to take place in a secure and safe environment.

Inviting State Primary schools to our dramatic productions has introduced local children to the theatre and it is hoped that this will inspire a lasting interest in this discipline.

By acting as hosts for ABRSM, we have enabled State school children to take their music exams in a secure and safe environment, minimising associated costs for the State Sector.
