Impact Statement

We host a local football team called Berkshire County Football Club. Our Director of Sports is the director of female football at this club and also coaches two age groups. The current and previous successes of these teams are having a tremendous impact on their sports skills but also on their confidence and self esteem. Approximately 50 girls benefit from this coaching.

We take a lead role in joint productions and joint workshops, involving approximately 90 children, as part of the Chobham Festival. This inspires children and greatly enhances their performing arts skills but also develops their confidence generally which will help their development in other areas.

One member of the senior management team is a governor in a state school, providing governance, insight and leadership benefitting 250 children in that school.
