Impact Statement

The Classics department ran a Year 7 Roman Afternoon to which pupils from local prep schools were invited to help further their knowledge of the Roman world.

Shared chess classes provides tuition to limited number of state school
pupils who would otherwise not receive it.

Netball tournaments hosted for local maintained schools provide playing
opportunities for pupils at local maintained junior schools with limited
facilities of their own, while year 7 and 8 children from local schools take advantage of training provided by our experienced rugby coaches at twice-yearly rugby experience days.

In association with the Inspire Alliance, of which we are an active member, we hosted School Direct PGCE trainees in the Prep School.
