Impact Statement
we take part in sports year round organised by Gedling District Sports Partnership (Netball, Football,Hockey, Cross Country, Athletics).The children experience other training facilities and school cultures which helps broaden their understanding of their own abilities and goals
School Games awards are accessible to all schools and we have now managed to achieve the silver Sportsmark for school and we are working towards the gold. This has meant closer contact and regular fixtures between us and other state primaries in the area and access to county championships and regional events. Our children have had opportunities to learn new sports like lacrosse. We are looking at how we can invite local primary schools to our site to take part in multi sports activities to develop he relationship further.
