This course involves a ‘buddying’ scheme so that Perse student can be mentors to Year 5/6 students. The aim of the course is to use Science to spark students’ curiosity, raise aspirations, stretch and support them in developing core skills, and enhance their confidence in other subjects across the curriculum and beyond the classroom. With a focus on lab work and experiments, mentees also develop their basic understanding of Science in a fun and engaging way.
