Aims of the project
To increase the academic attainment of pupils at New Charter Academy.This need was identified by talks between the two schools and requests for assistance from New Charter Academy.
Factors for success are the availablilty of staff and resources at MHSG and the willingness of staff at NCA to work with MHSG.
Immediate beneficiaries are the pupils and staff at NCA who receive specialist teaching and resources from MHSG

How many and how long depends upon needs of NCA at the time of each request
There have been financial contributions when MHSG staff were sent to NCA to deliver masterclasses. This money was given to the MHSG burrsary fund.
No assessments of impact as very difficult to measure without significant pre and post testing of pupils (for A-level interventions) that would impact on curriculum time.
Anticipated outcomes - improved A-Level grades and university offers.
Pupils - depends on required support from NCA.
Pupils involved- 6th form pupils, 16-18. Girls
