Y6-Y7 Transition Visits

Visit to meet all boys who are joining the school in Year 7 and interview with the boy and his class teacher.

Aims

To ensure the boys feel comfortable joining Stamford School and to ensure we have enough information to place them in the best form group with likeminded boys

Background

Has always been part of the Head of Year 7 role

Impact

This is done once a year and the information gathered on the boys helps with forming and establishing friendship groups in Year 7
