Weekly Use of the Swimming Pool for Year 5 Swimming Lessons

Woldingham School provides free use of the school's swimming pool for one term each year for swimming lessons for Woodlea Primary School's Year 5 students followed by a gala.

Aims

The use of Woldingham's pool benefits the Year 5 students who are learning to swim or working to improve their swimming.  The offer of facilities also builds upon the relationship between the two schools.

Woldingham School provides free use of the swimming pool and its facilities for one term each academic year.

Pupil Involvement

Woodlea is a mixed school and the pool is used by its Year 5 students.

Frequency

This is a weekly event over one term each year followed by a gala.
