Upton Bay Care Home

Sixth Form pupils, some of whom are considering a medical career, spend two hours every Monday afternoon, talking to and helping residents. They organise activities that stimulate the residents, as well as simply talking to them.

Both pupils and residents benefit from the visits.

Pupils are driven to the Care Home and left under the supervision of staff there.
