St Edward's Catholic Primary School has swimming classes at Francis Holland

Every week we lend our indoor swimming pool to pupils from St Edward's Catholic Primary School. This is a local school which would not be able to offer swimming lessons without our support.

Aims

To introduce primary aged children to swimming.

Background

This is a long-standing partnership which has benefited in recent years from the refurbishment of our swimming pool.

Resources

Francis Holland School provides access to the pool and lifeguarding for the swimming lessons. This is a time and resources commitment.

Impact

There is a quantitative benefit here since countless pupils have taken advantage of this offer over the years.
