Scuba Diving for the Disabled using LWC pool

Dive Ability is a member led scuba diving charity committed to enabling people who have disabilities or disadvantages to discover the adventurous world of scuba diving.

Achievement is realised through regular, educational pool sessions and diving holidays, with specialist support and equipment being provided so that positive scuba diving experiences are accessible to all.

DIve Ability have use of the LWC pool once a month.

Aims

We are aiming for pupils to work with Dive Ability each month to support what they are doing with people in the pool learning this exciting new skill. 

Pupil Involvement

Our Outreach and charity committee are keen to extend the work they do within our community. There is currently a group of 20 pupils.
