Phoenix and Claires Court Sports Club

Claires Court School  and Phoenix Rugby club established a joint venture company in 1983, which celebrates its 35 year of incorporation in 2018.  

For the past 20 years, Phoenix have developed a Circket club, which shares the school's main square on the ground for weekend home fixtures against visiting travelling sides.

Claires Court uses the ground for Rugby, Football, Cricket and Cross-country, and together with Phoenix RFC provides the management for the umbrella Sports Club. 

RFU funding has assisted in the development of the clubhouse and the floodlightinf of the grounds for midweek evening trianing.
