PA Training

The PA to the Warden at Forest School met with the Head's PA from LAE for HR systems and process training.

Aims

The aim of the training was to provide support to the PA from LAE in order to help her in a role as HR Manager combined with her PA duties.

Background

Forest School believes in sharing best practice and knowledge.  

Resources

The resources used were the schools venue, staff time and experience.

Impact

The training will allow the PA from LAE to continue her work as a PA efficiently and also combine the duties of the HR manager.  She will be able to manage her time better and use the processes learnt at her school
