Medicine Careers Lecture with Dr Sabrina Tsao

A lecture from an MSJ alumnae about her journey into the world of medicine. Focusing on her time at School, qualifications needed to study medicine and her career to date which has taken her all over the world.

Aims

To allow pupils to find out more about a career in medicine by listening to someone who is very successful in the field.

Background

MSJ is currently running a number of online careers workshops to help pupils find our more about possible careers options, hear from those who are successful in their area of expertise and ask questions that are important to them. We decided to widen this opportunity and have sent recordings of the lectures to Schools mentioned above.

Impact

We had approx. 15 MSJ students attend the lecture live and a recording of the lecture has been made available to all girls as well as students at Dyson Perrins, The Chase and John Masefield.

Pupil Involvement

Years 9-13

Frequency

The lecture formed part of our Online Careers Lecture Series. We aim to host at least one external careers lecture each half term.
