Art Meets Science
Pupils from Year 6 worked in teams in two activities. The science activity involved a bug hunt, followed by a classification activity. The art focussed on detailed observational drawings that were then changed into prints. The children's work was then turned into displays that both schools shared. The day ended with a shared lunch on the front lawn.

Pupils worked collaboratively in mixed groups to find as many mini beasts as they could and classify them. They had access to specialist teaching and used the Art Studios to produce their art work.
