6th form Community Service Placement with Chelmondiston Primary

Weekly -  Sixth form students volunteer at Chelmondiston Primary

Aims

The aim of the partnership is to build a link with the local primary school, giving girls valuable leadership experience.

Background

The partnership came about through the Community service strand of the Sixth Form curriculum. The partnership has been running since the Spring term 2015.

Resources

The School Minibus is important to this partnership as it enables girls to attend. 

Pupil Involvement

Up to 4 girls attend the Primary School from Ipswich High School. The girls are 16 - 18 years old.

Frequency

This occurs weekly, every Friday afternoon.
